Research Diary is a free HTML5 application with a arxiv mobile interface. The application was written in python having as base the web2py framework. There are another tools:  i) an alert of similarity  of abstract, where you add a new abstract and all arXiv news, from your favorites RSS, are compared, and, when a related article with your article is found, a alert is presented; ii) A Sloan Sky Digital Survey query, a tool for query into Sky Query of SDSS.
In the future we will add a text edition, where you will can save notes of your research.
